Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, and often customized according to individual preferences, our return and refund policy has been designed to balance customer satisfaction with the costs associated with fine jewelry production.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Our 31-Day Return Policy

We offer a 31-day return period for eligible items from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 31 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer support team before the item is returned.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 31 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • The jewelry must be in its original condition.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, scratches, damage, modification, resizing, repair, or alteration.
  • Original packaging, certificates, gift boxes, documentation, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must pass inspection by our quality control team upon receipt.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover a portion of the costs associated with:

  • Handcrafting and production
  • Quality control inspections
  • Packaging materials
  • Payment processing fees
  • Administrative handling
  • Inventory management
  • Product preparation and fulfillment

Because many of our jewelry pieces are produced specifically for customer orders, significant resources are invested before an item is delivered.

The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry production, certain items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Personalized jewelry
  • Engraved jewelry
  • Customized gemstone selections
  • Custom CAD design projects
  • Bespoke jewelry creations
  • Modified jewelry
  • Special-order products
  • Rings that have been resized at the customer's request
  • Any item created according to customer specifications

Once production begins on a custom or personalized order, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all specifications before confirming their purchase.

Exchange Policy

We understand that occasionally customers may prefer a different style, size, or design.

Eligible items may qualify for an exchange subject to approval by our customer service team.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 31 days of delivery and are subject to the same inspection and eligibility requirements as returns.

If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.

If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference may be issued as store credit or processed according to company policy.

Inventory availability may affect exchange options.

Ring Size & Sizing Responsibility

We strongly encourage customers to confirm their ring size before placing an order.

Many sizing issues can be avoided by obtaining a professional measurement from a local jeweler.

If an incorrect size is ordered, resizing options may be available depending on the design.

Certain styles cannot be resized due to structural limitations.

Additional shipping, resizing, and handling fees may apply when resizing services are requested.

Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team.

Please provide:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Return
  • Photographs of the item (if requested)

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and authorization details.

Returns shipped without authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Requirements

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Because jewelry is a valuable product, we strongly recommend:

  • Fully insured shipping
  • Tracking services
  • Signature confirmation upon delivery

Luxurian Jewels is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit when shipping is arranged by the customer.

Customers should retain proof of shipment until the return process is completed.

Inspection & Verification Process

Upon arrival, all returned items undergo a comprehensive inspection by our quality control team.

Inspection may include verification of:

  • Product condition
  • Authenticity
  • Packaging completeness
  • Certification documentation
  • Signs of wear
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Stone condition and security

The inspection process generally takes between 3 and 7 business days after receipt.

Additional time may be required during peak periods.

Refund Processing

Once a return has been approved and successfully inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

The following amounts are generally non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Express shipping upgrades
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Payment processing fees, where applicable
  • Restocking fees

Currency conversion fluctuations imposed by banks or payment providers are beyond our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will investigate the matter and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund approval.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, or failure to accept delivery:

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted.
  • Customs charges may be deducted.
  • Administrative handling fees may apply.
  • The 35% restocking fee may still apply where permitted.

These charges are imposed by shipping providers and government authorities and are outside the control of Luxurian Jewels.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production starts, cancellation requests may not be possible due to the labor, materials, and resources already committed to the order.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Luxurian Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product and shall not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through our website.
