Online Returns Policy

At Luxurian Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below. This policy applies to all international orders.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To qualify, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free from scratches or damage
- Returned with box, certificate & all original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom-made jewelry
- Personalized or engraved items
- Resized rings
- Modified items
- Special orders
- Final sale items
3. HOW TO START A RETURN (RMA PROCESS)
Email: support@luxurianjewels.com
within 14 days of delivery.
Include:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (front, back, sides)
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours.
Ship the item back using a trackable & insured courier, and include the RMA number inside the package.
Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
4. INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING & DUTIES

- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges must be paid by the customer.
- Duties paid during delivery are not refundable by Luxurian Jewels.
- We strongly recommend insured shipping; we are not responsible for lost/damaged return parcels unless we provide the shipping label.
5. INSPECTION & REFUND TIMELINE
Once the returned item arrives:

- Inspection time: 7 business days
- Refund time: 7 business days after inspection approval
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Please note:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Duties/taxes are non-refundable
- If the item does not meet return conditions, a partial refund or refusal may apply
6. LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN PARCELS

- If the customer arranges the return themselves:
- Luxurian Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels
- No refund will be issued unless the item safely reaches us
- If we provide a prepaid insured return label:
- We will handle the claim process
- Refund or replacement issued after carrier approval
7. EXCHANGES, RESIZING & REPAIRS
Exchanges

- Exchanges follow the same return approval (RMA) process
- Exchange availability may vary
Resizing

- Resizing depends on the design; not all rings can be resized
- International two-way shipping charges apply
Repairs

- Manufacturing defect repairs may be covered
- International shipping charges are the customer's responsibility
8. REFUSED DELIVERY / UNPAID CUSTOMS RETURNS
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or declines delivery:
The package will return to us

9. RESTOCKING & HANDLING FEES (35%)

- A 35% restocking/handling fee will be deducted when:
- Item is not returned in original condition
- Packaging, certificates, or inclusions are missing
- Item appears worn, scratched, or damaged
- Delivery was refused by the customer
- Customs duties were unpaid and package returned to sender
- Order involves significant handling during inspection or repackaging
This fee ensures coverage for craftsmanship handling, cleaning, quality checks, and international processing.
10. RETURN CHARGES SUMMARY (FOR CLARITY)

- ✔ Return shipping — customer pays
- ✔ Customs duties/taxes — customer pays
- ✔ Return customs charges — deducted from refund
- ✔ 35% restocking fee (if applicable)
- ✔ Handling fee (if item not original condition)
- ✔ Exchange/resizing two-way shipping — customer pays
- ✔ Lost return parcel — no refund
- ✔ Refused delivery — charges + 35% deduction
