These Terms & Conditions apply to customers purchasing from outside India, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and other international regions.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for fraud, misuse, or any unlawful activity.
- Prices, product information, and policies may change without notice.
- By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & DESCRIPTION
- We strive to accurately represent product details including size, weight, materials, metal purity, and stone quality.
- Slight variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship or screen differences.
- Errors in pricing, description, or availability may be corrected anytime.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT
- International payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or authorized payment partners.
- We do not store your card details.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
- Orders may be canceled due to fraud alerts, unavailability, or incorrect pricing.
- Currency conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide using major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, or regional partners.
Shipping Terms
- Delivery timelines vary by country and are estimates only.
- Delays due to customs, holidays, or weather are outside our control.
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
- International customers must pay all customs charges, VAT, import duties, and brokerage fees charged by their country.
- If a parcel is refused due to duties, shipping fees + return fees will be deducted from the refund.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and approved by our team.
- Eligible items must be:
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With certificates and tags
- In perfect condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made jewelry
- Engraved pieces
- Resized rings
- Personalized designs
- Sale items
Return Shipping
- Customers outside India must pay return shipping + customs charges.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Time
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after item inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. WARRANTY (INTERNATIONAL)
- We offer a limited lifetime manufacturing warranty, which covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Loose stones caused by manufacturing issues
- Structural defects in design
- Warranty does NOT cover:
- Wear & tear
- Customer damage
- Lost stones due to impact
- Loss or theft
- Unauthorized repairs
- International Repairs
- Customers are responsible for both-way shipping + customs.
- Repair fees may apply depending on the issue.
7. PRICING, TAXES & PROMOTIONS
- Prices listed are in USD (unless otherwise shown).
- Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
- We may modify or discontinue promotions anytime.
- Some countries may charge VAT separately at checkout or upon delivery.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (GLOBAL COPYRIGHT)
- All designs, photos, CAD renders, videos, descriptions, logos, and brand content belong to Luxurian Jewels and are protected under international copyright & trademark laws.
- Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (USA/UK/EU STANDARD)
- To the fullest extent permitted by international law:
- Luxurian Jewels is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product.
- We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or loss caused by shipping partners.
10. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS
- High-risk or suspicious orders may be canceled.
- All fraudulent chargebacks will be legally pursued with evidence (photos, tracking, signatures, invoices).
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping info.
11. INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
- USA Customers
- Under CCPA/CPRA, you may request:
- Access to stored data
- Deletion of personal data
- Opt-out of data sharing
- UK/EU Customers (GDPR)
- You may:

- Any dispute shall be resolved under the laws of:

- England & Wales law (UK/EU standard)
