For jewelry that is made to order, crafting typically takes 7 to 12 days, with domestic shipments taking 3 to 5 business days and international orders taking 5 to 7 days, not including manufacturing time.

No problem! Your first resizing within the first year of purchase is free. Here's what to do:

Your order will be packed in a jewellery box, which will be sealed in a larger luxurian box, which will then be placed inside a plain white package. There is no indication of its contents on the outer package, ensuring privacy from both potential theft and the recipient of your gift.
What comes in the package?
In your package your jewelry will be presented in a matching jewelry box, such as one for a necklace or ring. This jewelry box will be placed inside a Luxurion box, suitable for display on a vanity or similar surface. Additionally, inside the package, you will find a Luxurion appraisal, along with a diamond certificate if applicable.
